Those colors, those looks, their hair

Getting everyone’s attention at every turned cheek

To others they may be freaks,

In my eyes they’re ravens with beautiful beaks,

I have mad respect for these kaurs,

Standing tall and stunning as does a glorious maur.

Heads faced up high and never towards their feet,

Stand with honor and full faith as Guru Gobind singh Ji’s warriors waiting for their time to flee.

You are all princesses with your gorgeous crowns,
